New Max store in Kolkata Inaugurated by Nusrat Jahan; the Avani Riverside Mall is the New Max Destination

Looking sexy in a green dress, Nusrat Jahaan was all smiles at the inauguration of the fourth Max Store in the city of Kolkata. Max which has been gaining good popularity in the city due to its value added fashion opened this store at Avani Riverside Mall, Howrah.

The new Max store at Avani Mall is spread across an area of 10, 600 square feet. Offering more than ten thousand designs in different categories, the store is the answer to all your fashion needs. Apparel, footwear and accessories- the store has a huge and eye catching collection of these items. With separate men, women and children’s section, the store has everything for every age group.


The in house designers of the company Max combine the international designs with the Indian sensibilities. This helps in giving them a feel about the international fashion too.

Apart from the inauguration of the store, actress Nusrat Jahaan also unveiled the Winter ’14 collection for women. The collection is a blend of traditional with global influences. The key trends for this season have been clubbed under three main looks- Urban Noir, Road Trip and Novajo Nomad.


To mark the occasion, Max has also partnered with a leading NGO – Child Care in its bid to spread happiness and fun amongst the lesser privileged children.

Max has also announced an exclusive inaugural offer for the customers. Customers who will be shopping for Rs.1999 or above will get a travel bag worth Rs.699 for Rs.99.

The brand in future will continue to expand its presence in the eastern part of the country and look for newer and better strategies to make its dominance felt amongst the customers.
