Singer Kaushiki announced Brand Ambassador of Shyam Sundar Co Jewellers

Classic Calcutta Collection, a new and unique collection from Shyam Sundar Co Jewellers was recently launched in the august presence of singer Kaushiki Chakraborty and Mr. Rupak Saha, Director of Shyam Sundar Co. Jewellers.


The Classic Calcutta Collection is inspired from nature. The jewelry uses the Meenakari work which also uses precious stones. Intricate designs coupled with fine detailing uses the complex art of coloring and ornamenting.

Commenting about the new collection, Rupak saha said “This collection is a tribute to Calcutta, which was the erstwhile capital of India. The city is even today the cultural capital of the world and this is our tribute to the city which has given so much in shaping the culture of the country”.


The gold jewelry collection has both light and heavy types of jewelry for the patrons. Neckpieces, earrings, bangles, finger rings and bracelet are some of the pieces available in this collection. The range of this collection is priced between Rs 25000 to Rs 500000 and is readily available at all the showrooms of Shyam Sundar Co Jewellers.


Kaushiki Chakraborty was also announced as the new brand ambassador of Shyam Sundar Co. Jewellers at the same event. Speaking about her association with the jewelry brand, she said “This is a great moment for me. I am happy and proud that Rupak da considered me as the brand ambassador”.

The evening also saw a fashion show which recreated the traditional art form of hand crafted jewelry through the Classic Calcutta designs on stage.
